Where we ship

We ship to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, overseas military addresses or international destinations.

Roasting and dispatch

We roast coffee to order. For regular shop orders, place your order by Saturday at 10 a.m. Eastern Time for dispatch the following Monday. USPS Priority Mail orders follow the same roasting and dispatch schedule. If a scheduled dispatch falls on a carrier holiday, we dispatch on the next business day. Dispatch dates are the dates we hand orders to the carrier, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping options and charges

Standard shipping is $6 for qualifying orders below $50 and free for qualifying orders of $50 or more. USPS Priority Mail is $15. The $50 free Standard shipping offer does not waive the USPS Priority Mail charge. Available shipping options and their charges are shown at checkout before payment. Any free-shipping offer is subject to the eligibility and exclusions displayed with that offer.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the option to accept a revised shipment date or cancel the unshipped items for a refund, as required by law. Tracking details will be provided when available.

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Email admin@isotope.coffee or use our Contact Us page promptly if an address correction is needed or if your order appears lost, arrives damaged, or is missing an item. We will review the circumstances and available tracking information and work with you on an appropriate resolution. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
