Cancellation policy

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and frequency shown when you sign up, unless you cancel. Any shipping charges, taxes and promotional terms will be disclosed before you confirm your subscription.

You can cancel future renewals through our subscription-management page after signing in to your account, or email admin@isotope.coffee or use our Contact Us page for help. Cancel before the next scheduled charge to prevent that renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund an order already processed. Quality concerns and order errors are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy. This does not limit any cancellation or refund rights required by law.
