Oxywashed adds a measured, controlled oxidation phase before the coffee is washed, sharpening clarity and acidity structure without the heaviness of long fermentation. Santiago Quiroga applies it to carefully separated Pink Bourbon lots, where it amplifies the variety's natural citrus and floral brightness. The result is a crisp, washed-style cup with extra aromatic lift.
